We went to Charleston for the long weekend this weekend since the kids had Monday off. Jason's momma was off all weekend too. Saturday and Sunday it rained all day-but we made due. The kids had a lot of fun playing with their cousins Emily Grace and Matthew. They went to the Childrens Museum Downtown Charleston one day. I think they could go there every day and never stop having fun. Definatley one of the all time fav places on thier list!!!!
Then Monday it stopped raining and the sun came out. We had a beautiful 80 degree October Day on the beach! Tons of fun splashing through the Ocean and getting our clothes soaking wet!!!

BRUISER ANDREW-WATCH OUT!!!

 

Andrew-2years old--we have called him our little Torpedo for a long while now!!! He has now had his first black eye, I fear first of many!!! He his just living his life at full speed. About a week after this black eye he had his first bloody nose--wrestling with Daddy!!!
The black eye came from a collision with the coffee table...lots of blood, but he was not down long..Back a full speed in no time...It takes a lot to put this little guy down for the count!!!!

I have been Tagged....I am so not blog literate...don't know what that means other than I read my friend Pauline's blog and it seems it means that I have to list six things that people may not know about me.
So here it is:
Six Things You May not Know About Me
1. I went to 4 different elementary schools for grades K-5 through 5th grade.
2. I LOVE to takes baths, long baths with my fav scented bath salts, a good drink and a good book....my escape time!!!
3. My dream job would be to open a Cupcake Bakery Shop that served all different types of cupcakes-only CUPCAKES!!!!! I think it would be awsome. I wish I had the capital. I think it would do awsomely here in Lexington...
4. I hate my tummy-my horrid post baby tummy...I secretly would do anything for a tummy tuck.(amd maybe some liposuction???????=)
5. I have a tattoo that I got when I was 18. I picked to worst place for it, on my L lower side, so with each baby it grew then shrank...LOVELY!! (can't believe I shared that)-Its a sunflower.
6. Sunflowers are my fave!!! I LOVE SUNFLOWERS. I love when my husband brings flowers for no reason-way more than on a specific occasion.
okay- I have a #7.-
7. I have the best husband in the whole world-He loves me more than anything in the world and I am the luckiest Girl!!!!!

Everyone is loving school

Well schools has been in for over a month now. Time is sure flying by.

Jack is loving his Spanish Enrichment program- learning all kinds of new spanish words all while soaking up all the regular kindergarden knowledge..He loves his teachers and his new friends. He even love HOMEWORK!!!!

Caroline ofcourse loves school. She is my social butterfly..but she can't tell me anyones name, what she learned, but SHE SURE HAD FUN!!! She is at a new school this year, LAKE MURRAY BAPTIST and its from 9-1:45.Mon-Thurs. Its perfect for her.

Andrew is going two days a week to the same school as Caroline. The other day he cried when I went to pick him up. He doesn't want to go home. When its time to go in he runs in smiling. He just loves every minute I think. I wasn't sure whether to send him at 2yrs old but he is loving it.

Momma is loving having a few hours twice a week all to myself...its seems to get filled up so fast!!!! I don't know that I have had one yet that I got to just relax, but atleast its just ME TIME!!!
On Wednsdays I walk in the morning with a friend, that is a really nice opportunity.
I am currently searching for a new job. I was really not getting hours at my current job, along with a lot of other issues that I won't go into....anyways...anyone reading this please pray for my job search....I am trusting in God that He will bring the right job along.
I have also started back into exersizing regularly---gonna start trying to get into running again, and of course lifting weights and my BodyFlow classes at the gym as usual. Running has always been the hard part for me...So thats my thing I am trying to focus on...We shall SEE!!!!!

Jason is working at Blythewood still. Having a little bit of a rough year...Please pray for him to continue to do his very best in the midst of all the turmoil and unnecessary junk thats going on day to day there. He just wants to do his very best for his students and try and ignore all the other stuff, but of course thats hard...

Its fall Already, I can't believe it!!!!

Its Fall...the kids have been in school for about a month now. WOW TIME IS FLYING...
Its Sunday morning now and I am home with a sick Caroline..fever...and I myself have a horrid cold...I don't think I have slept a wink in over 2 days because I simply cannot breathe and feel that awful. YUCK....what a way to start into fall.

Jason's dad was here yesterday to watch football. Matt and Laura were here for the weekend too. So that was really nice. We had not gotten to spend time with them for ages... Too bad Clemson had a rough game...(oh well, like I really care at all!)
Matt also brought us a washer- we have been borrowing one from a friend who had an extra--THANKS SO MUCH MATT!!!!!! Thats so awsome that we don't have to spend the money on a new one!!! When they moved into their new house in Atlanta there was a washer and dryer there, and they had just bought new in Auburn...so lucky me!! Yeah!!! I get a nice, front loading washer for FREE! YEAH YEAH YEAH!!! Who knew I could get so excited over a washing machine. I hate doing laundry!!!!! Well, really I just hate putting it away.
NEW JOB POSSIBILITIES
So I am applying for a new job possibly--I would be working in the ER as a utilization review/medical records review RN--basically I would be kinda like a social worker, but still an RN. I am kinda ready to do something different. I would still stay PRN STAT POOL (what I do now) but would do that only around 16 hours a month-that is the minimum I have to do to keep that job.
Couch 2 5K
For those of you that don't know, this is the name of the program I used to turn myself into a runner last year.....I am going to have to use it to start over this fall...after my surgery in the spring and not being allowed to run I am now back to square one. I cannot run at all. I am so out of shape. I did not get back into it right away after 2 months. So here it is almost Oct and I will just now be starting back. But I did it once so I know I can do it. When I left off I was running 30 min straight. I was no speed demon but I was doing it. No walking involved. So now I will run/walk my way back up till I am ready to run my first 5k. I missed out on my first 5k which was sched. July 4th due to the stupid gallbladder surg at my 30th birthday. What a great birthday present that was!!!!!
Ok...I am blogging way too much uninteresting junk here...so I shall stop.
